Key Responsibilities:

- Call out bottlenecks and friction in our products (mobile, web, email) that degrade the user experience
- Deliver core analyses in clear reports and presentations

- Develop statistical models to tease out causal relationships

Qualifications:

Community Manager
As part of the Community team, the Community Manager is responsible for building, executing and leading customer-marketing campaigns to ensure success for all HelloWallet customers. The Community Manager will also work with the Customer Success Mgr. and Marketing team to support further adoption and engagement of HelloWallet within the customer’s employee population. Through various testing programs, the CM will fine tune specific customer campaigns to drive deeper engagement in the HelloWallet application with a larger goal of building a self-sustaining HelloWallet community with each customer population.
