  • Data Analyst

    Summary: HelloWallet is committed to providing all Americans with access to a secure financial future. The Product Team is responsible for innovating new products and features to help our users build wealth and make the most of their employer-provided benefits. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to identify and explain trends in user engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify trends in macro-level behavior (e.g. logins) and micro-level behavior (e.g. clicks inside a guided sequence)
    • Design and execute randomized control trials to optimize our products (mobile, web, email)
    • Call out bottlenecks and friction in our products (mobile, web, email) that degrade the user experience  
    • Deliver core analyses in clear reports and presentations
    • Recommend product changes based on these analyses
    • Develop statistical models to tease out causal relationships
    • Coordinate with engineering team to implement tracking needs
    • Learn and implement theories of social psychology and behavioral economics to drive positive financial behavior

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS or beyond in math, statistics, science, engineering, or economics
    • Proven ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend action
    • Experience with statistical software (such as R, Stata, Matlab)
    • Talent for making complicated topics simple, approachable and fun
    • Willingness to learn new techniques and theories
    • Plus: Understanding of personal financial concepts
    • Big Plus: Working knowledge of at least one scripting language

  • Product Manager, Mobile

    Summary:  HelloWallet is committed to providing all Americans with access to a secure financial future.  The Product Team is responsible for innovating new products and features to help our users build wealth and make the most of their employer-provided benefits. We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Mobile to own our iOS and Android work.  

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Identify and assess opportunities (new features, new products) 
    • Own HelloWallet’s mobile product strategy and roadmap
    • Translate business objectives to actionable product initiatives and features  
    • Conceptualize new products
    • Create mockups and requirements docs, as needed to clearly convey ideas  
    • Work closely with design, UX and engineering to build and deliver successful mobile products  
    • Serve as a champion for HelloWallet’s mobile users
    • Perform competitive analysis / research 
    • Represent mobile internally as an evangelist, to the executive team and with sales and marketing
    • Assess and prioritize needs from both end users and B2B customers 
    • Drive successful product launches 

    Skills / Qualifications: 

    • Approximately 5 years working in a product management capacity
    • At least 3 years of mobile experience
    • Experience with Agile / Scrum software development
    • Passion for product and clear opinions about what makes good (and bad) products
    • Empathy for the user and a solid grasp of fundamental UX principles
    • A keen sense of the need to build the right product at the right time, and the ability to prioritize work accordingly

  • Designer

The Design Team is responsible for the HelloWallet corporate identity, marketing and sales materials, and digital product design (web and mobile). We are currently seeking a highly motivated designer to join our team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the evolving the HelloWallet brand experience, and create cohesive visual designs based on existing brand and design style
    • Design high-quality graphics that convey a compelling conceptual message through visual representation
    • Design on-brand layouts and graphics for the HelloWallet website
    • Conceptualize and design HelloWallet campaign launch kits

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Be directly responsible for sales targets, managing customer relationships and closing deals
    • Work with marketing team and product development team to develop go-to- market strategies and methodologies
    • Identify product feature enhancements and new functionality that will accelerate sales selling cycle and/or increase market opportunity
    • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, provide sales forecasting

  • Community Manager

    As part of the Community team, the Community Manager is responsible for building, executing and leading customer-marketing campaigns to ensure success for all HelloWallet customers.  The Community Manager will also work with the Customer Success Mgr. and Marketing team to support further adoption and engagement of HelloWallet within the customer’s employee population.  Through various testing programs, the CM will fine tune specific customer campaigns to drive deeper engagement in the HelloWallet application with a larger goal of building a self-sustaining HelloWallet community with each customer population.

    • Be the voice of our members and act as liaison between community and HelloWallet, providing feedback to Product and Marketing
    • Work with customer service to manage incoming inquiries from users
