Last week, Elisabeth and I traveled to the Lone Star State to visit Rackspace’s offices in San Antonio and Austin. We had a great time interacting with our members, answering questions about HelloWallet, showing our newest features, and gathering valuable feedback to improve our ever-evolving product.
Visiting our members onsite always reminds me of a first date – Will they like me? Are they only here because I have awesome swag? What if they ask me questions I don’t know how to answer? Fortunately, this was more like a second date since we visited the Rackspace Headquarters this past summer, and not to get ahead of myself here, but I have a feeling the Rackers and I are going to have a long and happy relationship. From getting feedback on our latest updates to hearing stories about how HelloWallet has helped them – these are the conversations that allow me and my fellow Community Managers to become better listeners and member champions.
Relationships often teach us more than we expect. As a member of the Community Team, I am so grateful for all of our members who take the time to give us feedback and ask us the questions that push us to make our product better, like those Rackers I was able to connect with last week.
